Throughout the course of the week you will be learning, what racism is, why it was invented, how it effects people in the UK today and what we can ALL be doing to try and remove all traces of racism from our communities for good. To do this you can watch some videos, read some books, listen to each other and ask as many questions as you can to help you understand what role you can play.
More than anything we will expect you to demonstrate Tallis Character. When we talk about things that racism people can have strong feelings. Let's agree to be really thoughtful about what we say and speak to adults if you are unsure or need support. |
